The situation:

Targetspace have recently refurbished the famous 32 storey Centre Point building at the heart of London’s West End.

The company wanted a way to promote the building and the transformation that had taken place inside and to showcase the quality of the office space and amazing views on offer.

The solution:

Realising that it would be an excellent and cost-effective way to promote the serviced offices available at Centre Point, Targetspace commissioned us to create a short film.

After a site visit and discussions with the client to confirm the key features of the building and offices that needed to be featured in the film, our crew, which included a Steadicam operator, spent a day filming on site and capturing all of the elements required.

We then edited the footage together to create a punchy and informative film.

The result:

Targetspace were extremely happy with the end result and the film now plays on the home page of the Centre Point website.

Using the film in this way proved to be very effective and as a result, we were commissioned by Targetspace to produce films of several of their other properties.
